Matthew Leifheit is a Brooklyn-based photographer. He is Editor-in-Chief of MATTE Magazine, an independent journal of emerging photography founded in 2010 that recently released its 49th issue. He was formerly the photo editor of VICE, and has also written criticism and interviews for Aperture, Foam, Art F City and TIME LightBox. Leifheit holds a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design and an MFA from the Yale School of Art, where he was awarded the Richard Benson Prize in 2017.

Hannah Whitaker is an artist based in New York. She has had solo exhibitions at Marinaro, New York; M+B, Los Angeles; Galerie Christophe Gaillard, Paris; Thierry Goldberg, New York and Locust Projects, Miami. Whitaker was featured in Public Art Fund’s citywide exhibition, Commercial Break in New York in February 2017 and the Cincinnati Art Museum’s Big Pictures in 2014. Group shows include those at Casey Kaplan, New York; Galerie Xippas, Paris; Cherry and Martin, Los Angeles; Higher Pictures, New York; and Rencontres d’Arles in France, where she was nominated for the Discovery Prize. Her writing has appeared in Objektiv, The PhotoBook Review,Triple Canopy, and Blind Spot. The artist’s first monograph, Peer to Peer, was published in 2015 by Mörel Books.

Tommy Kha is a photographer based between Brooklyn, NY and his hometown, Memphis, TN.
He is a recipient of the En Foco Photography Fellowship, the Jessie and Dolph Smith Emeritus Award, and a Magenta Foundation Flash Forward emerging photographer, as well as a former artist-in-residence at Center for Photography at Woodstock, Light Work, Fountainhead, and Baxter Street at the Camera Club of New York. In December 2015, Kha published his first monograph, A Real Imitation, through Aint-Bad. He will have his solo exhibition @baxterstccny opening May 1, 2019.

Finn Jubak is a New York-born, Dallas-based artist whose practice explores the ambiguity between organic and staged instances. He recently earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago, where his research centered on contemporary documentary practices in Latin America. He was a 2018 recipient of the UChicago Fine Art Fund, for which he created a self-published newspaper exploring the history and legacy of Doc Films, UChicago’s film society and the oldest student film group in the country.
