Next Tuesday, 6/25, from 6:30pm-8:30pm, we will be screening 2019 Workspace Resident @lorenzotriburgo’s ‘Monumental Resistance: Stonewall’ in our backyard. Join us for a discussion and pay tribute to the brave transgender women of color who catalyzed the Stonewall Uprising of 1969! DM to RSVP or email baxterst@cameraclubny.org.
Lorenzo Triburgo is a Brooklyn-based, multimedia artist employing performance, photography, video, and audio to cast a critical lens on notions of the “natural,” the construct of gender, and the politics of queer representation. He holds a BA from New York University in Photography and Gender Studies and an MFA in Photography and Related Media from the School of Visual Arts.
